Sometimes simple dish like toro with scallions, soy sauce, and little bit with wasabi on rice, is the most luxury one can ask, living outside of Japan. Sunday is typically our "lazy" night for dinner, and considering this was super easy to prep for, I say this was one of the most luxurious night of the week :)
