
I've been cooking everyday, but I still screw up something every night here and there. Last night, I clearly made too much food for 2 person to finish in one meal. I wanted to do the "udon salad" type of dish, but then I thought that's not enough and satisfying, so I started adding salmon, eggplants, and it just didn't stopped! But my boyfriend seemed pretty excited for the amount of dishes on the table, so I guess that's all good.
